What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Write and develop content for social media, email marketing campaigns, paid ads, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Propose and execute creative campaign ideas focused on acquisition, retention, and loyalty
• Develop and maintain the Brand Voice Guide for the employer
• Coordinate and conceptualize content with influencers and brand partners
• Support the design and execution of the monthly communication plan alongside the design team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Deep knowledge of the Venezuelan audience (both domestically and abroad)
• Impeccable spelling and grammar skills (obsessive level)
• Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (ideal: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, RD Station or similar)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative, strategic, and commercial content writing
