Job Description

Develops effective Client communications and informational materials that support a positive client experience and strengthen trust in U.S. Bank. Collaborates with internal designers to understand and meet objectives and deadlines while developing strong call to actions as well as engaging headlines.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of experience in marketing copywriting
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of writing as it relates to all forms of marketing and advertising
  • Adept at headlines, long copy, call to actions, and writing marketing content
  • Capable of leading projects as outlined and provide multiple creative options that are delivered on time
  • Attention to detail and ability to establish and meet SLAs
  • Ability to quickly assimilate new information regarding specific product and technical topics and write accurately about those topics or concepts immediately after introduction
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for presentation and details
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Salary

Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
