The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of creative agency experience and a strong portfolio, with a drive to deliver great work. This is an in-person role at our Minneapolis office, requiring local availability and in-office presence at least three days per

Qualifications

Strong portfolio of original thinking.
Willing to work in person at the Minneapolis office and collaborate with a local team.

Responsibilities

Create audience-first ideas and messaging that show curiosity around hobbies and pursuits.
Generate bold concepts, platforms, and copy in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
Craft deep core insights that inspire executions of all shapes and sizes.
Translate product proof points into compelling consumer benefits.
Adapt a brand’s personality across channels and mediums.
Proactively collaborate with teammates to creatively solve problems.
Deliver copy to the team in a timely and effective manner, meeting deadlines.
Take feedback and direction from the team or client.
