Our client, a global beauty brand leader is seeking a creative Multi-Channel Copywriter with a strong background in digital copywriting for beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or luxury good brands. This writer will take full ownership of copy from concept to delivery across a variety of platforms including e-commerce product pages, emails, paid digital media, social, and in-store displays. The ideal candidate is an agile storyteller with the ability to ideate on the fly, write engaging copy across digital and retail touchpoints, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role that requires a strategic mindset and a polished portfolio of high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling, brand-right copy for e-commerce (product detail pages, ATF/BTF), digital campaigns, social, email, and in-store retail displays
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all touchpoints and communication channels
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life from brief to final delivery
• Translate complex product details into engaging, consumer-friendly messaging
• Contribute to creative ideation sessions and develop social activations
• Review and proofread all deliverables for accuracy, tone, and clarity
• Support naming projects as needed
• Track progress and approvals with internal stakeholders including the Creative Director and Marketing teams
• Attend weekly meetings via video or phone
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, often with minimal supervision
• Maintain timelines and deliverables while adapting to evolving project needs

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in digital, e-commerce, and multi-channel copywriting
• Proven expertise in beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or luxury goods brands
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to contribute to larger brand campaigns
• Experience writing copy for packaging or in-store retail displays
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished work across digital and retail channels
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Notion)
• Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
