We are looking for a very special sales savvy idea generator to join our company and lead Direct Response Copywriting for our flagship brand, FEMININE POWER, dedicated to the global empowerment and self-actualization of women in our time.

Feminine Power is the flagship brand of Evolving Wisdom, a digital learning company devoted to personal development and changing lives worldwide. Feminine Power was created by Claire Zammit, PhD, a little over 10 years ago to support her mission of supporting women around the world who are interested in self-actualization.. Feminine Power has supported hundreds of thousands of women worldwide to self-actualize, to change their lives, and to make great contributions to the world.

We’re looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team and work closely with our Founder to develop new and engaging marketing emails for our Feminine Power brand. You will help create conversion-focused direct response copy to support our audiences to move through each stage in their Feminine Power journey.

If you’re our dream candidate, you will have knowledge of and experience within the personal development movement, sales expertise and direct response copywriting experience including emails, sales pages, landing pages, text messages, facebook ad copy and more.

In this role, success would include the timely delivery of effective email, sales page and landing page copy that converts well, enabling EW to deliver our mission of transforming millions of lives worldwide. You’ll be experienced with direct response best practices, leveraging existing assets and resources as well as proposing new strategic initiatives and innovative means of generating results.

You’ll be driven by success, yet sensitive to the authenticity and integrity required to build the Feminine Power Brand, with a strong intention to bring forward the highest contribution in your work. Your work will have a significant impact on our business and brand as you will be speaking directly with and to our students while also working in the background with our Founder and our Marketing team.

Evolving Wisdom is a 100% virtual company, and all of our team members are permanently remote. The hours are flexible… however, if you’re looking for a typical Monday – Friday 9-5, this may not be the right fit for you. Candidates must be willing to work roughly during standard Pacific Time hours regardless of where they live. Flexibility with hours is a plus because o ur team is committed to delivering results, and has a “whatever it takes” mindset, which sometimes means showing up and bringing our A games outside of typical “business hours.”

Goal of this position: Achieve target ROI on digital marketing efforts for program launches and existing funnels. Collaborate with Advertising and Affiliate teams to drive ROI through paid advertising and partnerships.

Your background with Email Marketing includes:

• Creating persuasive, conversion-focused email communications using direct response techniques
• Developing “big ideas” to disrupt and influence the hearts and minds of audiences
• Creating clever and compelling subject lines that interest readers to click and learn more
• Meeting deadlines and deliverables
• Collaborating, strategizing and brainstorming “big ideas” with Marketing Team on with updating funnel sequences and communications that deliver strong conversions – opt in, clicks and/or sales
• Collaborating, strategizing and brainstorming “big ideas” with Affiliate Team on generating and optimizing copy for partner emails that deliver strong conversions – opt in, clicks and/or sales

Your experience with Digital Marketing & Content Marketing includes:

• Understanding funnels, and the customer journey within them. You have command of moving people through their experience in a natural way that leads them to buy.
• Generating compelling copy for program sales pages, launches, and evergreen page updates
• Creating lead magnets
• Blogs
• Video scripts
• Social media posts
• Text messages
• Marketing campaigns that involve a variety of messaging to different channels and audiences

You have collaborated with Advertising teams on:

• Copy and messaging for new advertising channels
• Optimizing copy for specific audiences and channels

At a minimum, we’re looking for someone with this kind of experience:

• 4 years’ experience in direct response copywriting, including time with an organization that required you to master a specific voice where you developed the ability to spot off-brand copy at a glance
• SEO experience Must have a portfolio that demonstrates strong conversions, compelling languaging and exceptional writing skills
• Well-developed writing skills that are clear, compelling and informative
• The proven ability to vary their writing style to meet the audience and match a Founder’s voice
• A high degree of attention to quality, accuracy and thoroughness required

Our Preferred Qualifications include:

• Familiarity with Feminine Power courses as a participant is helpful
• Experience in personal development and/or online marketing is a plus
• Experience with navigation cold social traffic
• If you’re great at working under deadlines and pressure, you’ll move to the front of the line.
