Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the MLC.
• Basic understanding of music publishing rights.
• Experience in an administrative or detail-driven role.
• Able to meet deadlines and respond to timely emails.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit catalog transfers through the MLC portal.
• Perform desktop audits of client catalogs to ensure registrations and metadata at the MLC.
• Resolve work conflicts and overclaims from documentation to final resolution.
• Provide general administrative support to the Copyright team regarding MLC workflows.
