Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, and implement FinTech solutions, translating requirements into actionable deliverables. You will drive requirements gathering, document specifications, support UAT, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical design.

A strong focus on processes, APIs, data mapping, and BPMN will help deliver reliable financial services technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 6+ years of experience in technical business analysis understanding how to write user stories, features, epics
• 6+ years of experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience writing and conducting User Acceptance Testing
• 6+ years of experience using project management tools and methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services or FinTech industry.
• 7+ years of experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience using business process modeling tools like BPMN.
• 7+ years of experience with API integrations and data mapping.
• 7+ years of experience in system analysis and design.
• Any experience as a technical BA for output/printing solutions companies
