Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for developing and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales, profit objectives, and customer satisfaction.

You will build, coach, manage, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training processes.
Additional responsibilities include:
Pay rates start between: $54,300.00 - $80,750.00 per year.
As a Retail General Manager, you must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level and demonstrate excellent team leadership skills. You should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
