Job summary

Shakey’s USA INC. is looking for Team Members to help deliver a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for guests at our Glendale location. Team Members may work in Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), or both, depending on store needs and training.

Responsibilities vary by station, including greeting guests, taking orders, cooking, restocking, cleaning, and supporting opening/closing duties. Growth opportunities exist for learning additional stations and advancing into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• FOH: Welcome guests with friendly, authentic hospitality.
• FOH: Take food orders and process payments accurately.
• FOH: Deliver food and monitor tables for guest needs.
• FOH: Pre-bus, clean, and reset dining room tables.
• FOH: Maintain clean dining areas, restrooms, game room, and parking lot.
• FOH: Organize game room prize displays and counters.
• FOH: Support opening and closing duties for assigned station.
• BOH: Prepare and cook food according to recipes and safety standards.
• BOH: Prepare fresh dough and assist with pizza, chicken, and Mojo.
• BOH: Restock ingredients, buffet line items, and salad bar supplies.
• BOH: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and trays.
• BOH: Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and prep areas.
• BOH: Complete cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
• BOH: Support opening and closing duties for assigned station.
• Team Support: Assist teammates in other areas as needed.
• Team Support: Follow safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Team Support: Complete other duties as assigned.

Team Members may work in Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), or both, depending on store needs, scheduling, and training. Many team members begin in one area and may have opportunities to learn additional stations over time.

What You May Do
