Job summary

Shakeys USA INC is seeking Team Members to help create a fun, welcoming experience for guests at our Los Angeles location. You may work in Front of House or Back of House, or both, depending on store needs, scheduling, and training.

As a Team Member, you will greet guests, take orders, deliver food, keep areas clean, and support opening and closing duties. Opportunities to learn additional stations and grow into leadership roles are available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, authentic hospitality.
• Take food orders and process payments accurately.
• Deliver food and monitor tables for guest needs.
• Pre-bus, clean, and reset dining room tables.
• Maintain clean dining areas, restrooms, game room, and parking lot.
• Organize game room prize displays and counters.
• Support opening and closing duties for assigned station.
• Prepare and cook food according to Shakey’s recipes and food safety standards.
• Prepare fresh dough and assist with pizza, chicken, and Mojo preparation.
• Restock ingredients, buffet line items, and salad bar supplies.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and trays.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and prep areas.

At Shakey’s, our Team Members help create the fun, welcoming, and memorable experience our guests know and love. Whether supporting guests in the dining room or preparing fresh food in the kitchen, every Team Member plays an important role in delivering great food, authentic hospitality, and a clean, safe environment.

Team Members may work in Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), or both, depending on store needs, scheduling, and training. Many team members begin in one area and may have opportunities to learn additional stations over time.

What You May Do

Depending on your assigned station, your responsibilities may include:

Guest Service & Front of House

• Welcome guests with friendly, authentic hospitality
• Take food orders and process payments accurately
• Deliver food and monitor tables for guest needs
• Pre-bus, clean, and reset dining room tables
• Maintain clean dining areas, restrooms, game room, and parking lot
• Organize game room prize displays and counters
• Support opening and closing duties for assigned station

Kitchen & Back of House

• Prepare and cook food according to Shakey’s recipes and food safety standards
• Prepare fresh dough and assist with pizza, chicken, and Mojo preparation
• Restock ingredients, buffet line items, and salad bar supplies
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and trays
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and prep areas
• Complete cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping
• Support opening and closing duties for assigned station

Team Support

• Assist teammates in other areas as needed
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Complete other duties as assigned
