Job summary

Destination Aesthetics in Elk Grove, CA seeks a Board-certified NP/PA/RN injector for full-time cosmetic procedures. You will perform neurotoxin and filler treatments, discuss outcomes, and develop personalized treatment plans in a leading aesthetic practice.

Open 32–40 hours weekly with a monthly bonus opportunity. Competitive benefits and a supportive, growth-driven culture are offered, with travel not required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP/PA licensure and active license in state of CA.
• Active BLS or ACLS certification required.
• Injector certification highly preferred.
• Ability to perform cosmetic injections safely and per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial injections and nonsurgical procedures with patient counseling.
• Document treatment plans and follow-up care with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team and manage patient care efficiently.
• Adhere to HIPAA, safety protocols, and clinic standards.

Compensation: $47 - $100/hr + monthly bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs

• Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care

• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care

• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

• Board-certified NP/PA
• Activeand in good standingstate(that this role is listed in)license
• Active BLS or ACLS certification
• Injectorcertificationhighly preferred

Clinical Competencies:

• Ability to safely administer injectable treatmentsin accordance withstate regulations and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
• Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy including vasculature
• Understanding of danger zones and high-risk injection areas
• Ability to identify and manage vascular occlusion
• Knowledge of skin layers and tissue planes
• Understanding of facial balancing and facial aging
• Recognition and management of allergic reactions
• Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence
• Understanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ability tomaintainaccurateandtimelypatient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and liftstandard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

Training & Travel:

• Occasional travel for training and professional development
