Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to enhance the Charitable Contact Center integration with the ECC. Work on an Agile team focused on telephony and enterprise digital applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native tech.

You'll build scalable RESTful APIs, embrace TDD and automated testing, and apply DevSecOps practices with Jenkins, SonarQube and Git/GitHub in a modern cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience designing and implementing full stack customer-facing applications.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodology.
• Front-end frameworks and web technologies including Angular (17+), HTML/CSS, JavaScript or Typescript, and web components.
• Proven experience developing with Java (17+), Spring Boot, and/or other Open-Source stack technologies.
• Strong background in enterprise digital applications with MVC, micro front-end, and open micro service architectures.
• Proven experience with building digital RESTful APIs.
• Experience in DevSecOps and tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Mend.io, Datadog, Git/GitHub.
• Solid knowledge of cloud solutions, serverless, and containers.

We are currently sourcing for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to work at Fidelity Charitable in Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH. This role will contribute to enhancing the Charitable Contact Center integration with the Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) to improve service delivery, increase associate efficiency, and enhance satisfaction for our Donors, NPOs, and Advisors. You will work on an Agile team focused on telephony and contact center integration while leveraging your technical expertise.

Skills and Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing full stack end-to-end customer facing applications
• Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodology
• Professional experience in front-end frameworks and web technologies including Angular (17+), HTML/CSS, JavaScript or Typescript, web components, and other.
• Proven experience developing with Java (17+) , Spring Boot, and/or other Open-Source stack technologies
• Strong technical background on crafting and developing enterprise digital applications working with design patterns such as MVC, micro front-end and open micro service architectures.
• Proven experience with building digital RESTful APIs
• Proven experience in DevSecOps best practices and tools like Jenkins or Jenkins Core, SonarQube, Mend.io, Datadog, Git/GitHub, or other similar tooling.
• Solid knowledge of cloud solutions, serverless architecture, containerization strategies.
• Proven experience in container and cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes and AWS, as well as secure application development.
• Experience developing quality-first, testable solutions leveraging TDD and automation with tools such as Mockito, Jasmine, Mocha, Junit, and other testing tools
