PIP Marketing, Signs & Print in Kissimmee, FL is looking for an experienced Copier Operator. You will work closely with customers and the sales team to enhance satisfaction and support sales goals. Your responsibilities will include producing copy jobs, scheduling, maintenance, and ensuring a clean workspace.

We seek detail-oriented individuals who understand copiers and can follow instructions. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, reflecting a commitment to competitive industry

Qualifications

• Understanding of copiers, their functions, and processes.
• Aptitude for math and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply written instructions about machine set-up and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Produce copy jobs.
• Schedule jobs by due dates indicated or as requested by management.
• Call for copier maintenance when necessary.
• Send monthly copier usage log to vendor.
• Operate all copiers/printers in accordance with equipment procedures.
• Perform maintenance per the guidelines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Communicate with other employees and/or the customer for understanding of the copy order.
• Keep the copier area clean and organized.
• Perform troubleshooting with the equipment when necessary.
• Order and stock inventory and supplies per management direction.
