Job summary

Butech Bliss is seeking a Copper Process Technician to support our metal fabrication operations in Salem, Ohio. The candidate will use hand tools, operate overhead cranes, and measure components to tight tolerances while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of tasks, documenting test results, and collaborating with a small team. The role requires own tools and a High School diploma or GED, with opportunities for growth and regular salary

Qualifications

• Must possess own tools.
• Problem solving with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk/crouch/bend/reach/push/pull as needed.
• May require Cab Crane operation per job Addendum.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
• Work solo or as part of a small team.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude on daily tasks.
• Operate overhead cranes/hoists safely.
• Use levels, lifts, drills, grinders and other tools.
• Keep designated shop areas clean and organized.
• Measure product dimensions to specifications.
• Use rulers, calipers, gauges and micrometers for precision.
• Write or complete test reports.
• Position and align components for proper fit.
• Ensure work meets quality standards.
• Follow all Butech Bliss safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
