Job summary

Butech Bliss is seeking a Copper Process Technician to join our shop floor. You will measure, align, and assemble copper components, report test findings, and maintain clean, safe work areas. The role requires using precision tools and working overtime as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to work alone or in a small team and meet deadlines. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Possess own tools and work overtime as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Copper Process Technician

• Ability to work towards deadlines

• Experience with overhead cranes/hoists
• Use a variety of tools such as levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, etc.
• Maintain housekeeping of designated areas and assigned areas in the shop
• Ability to measure dimensions of products to very conformance to specifications
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges and micrometers
• Write or complete reports based on test findings
• Position and align components for proper fit
• Ensure completed work meets our quality standards
• Complies with all Butech Bliss safety rules
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Must possess his/her own tools.
• Problem analysis and solving skills that display an attention to detail.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach, push and pull.
• If required as part of the job, the individual must meet the specific physical requirements for cab crane operation as outlined in the Cab Crane Job Description Addendum.
