Job summary

Espire Infolabs is seeking an expert to lead the setup of an Agents Factory using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. You will build complex retrieval/action/autonomous agents and design a global system of agents, while guiding teams on AI and O365 cloud flow implementations.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical mastery with strong soft skills to communicate solutions and explain bot descriptions, use cases, and governance across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, ML, and AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Automate.
• Experience with AI-driven Power Apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Support stakeholders on Power Automate queries.
• Build Power Automate complex flows with premium licenses.
• Focus on O365 capability cloud flows.
• Knowledge of AI modules.

Responsibilities

• Set up Agents Factory based on Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop complex retrieval/action/autonomous agents and global agent systems.
• Manage technology and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Describe use cases for Copilot Studio & Azure AI.
• Collaborate with the team focusing on O365 cloud flows.
