Job summary

Espire Infolabs is seeking an expert to lead the setup of an Agents Factory using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. You will build complex retrieval/action/autonomous agents and design a global system of agents, while guiding teams on AI and O365 cloud flow implementations.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical mastery with strong soft skills to communicate solutions and explain bot descriptions, use cases, and governance across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, ML, and AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Automate.
• Experience with AI-driven Power Apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Support stakeholders on Power Automate queries.
• Build Power Automate complex flows with premium licenses.
• Focus on O365 capability cloud flows.
• Knowledge of AI modules.

• Set up Agents Factory based on Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

Job Description:

• Client is setting up an Agents Factory (based on copilot studio) and will need an expert
  on both Copilot Studio & Azure AI Foundry scope (part of Azure AI).
• The objective is to build complex retrieval/action/autonomous agents and globally
  system of agents.
• An expert who can manage the technology and possesses strong soft skills (clear
  communication, problem-solving explanations, and bot descriptions).
• Co-Pilot agents' categories, agentic systems, or describe the use cases for both Low
  Code agents and Pro Dev Azure AI.

Main requirements from:

• Experience with Data: Experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI
  technologies (Ex: developing AI models and integrating them with Power Apps).
• Knowledge of Power Automate.
• Ideally with knowledge about AI Driven Power Apps. experienced in AI and Power
  Automate
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex
  business requirements
• Skill with Power automates
• AI builder Skill
• Support stakeholders on power automate query.
• Build power automate complex ow based on premium licence.
• This role is not part of RPA of power automate but required to work with the team
  More Focus on O365 capability cloud ows.
