Job summary

Techgene Solutions LLC is seeking a Copilot Studio Architect in Birmingham, AL, to lead enterprise-scale AI and agent solutions built on Copilot Studio. You will shape knowledge grounding, security controls, and governance across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure services.

The role requires hands-on architectural delivery, collaboration with security teams, and governance compliance, with responsibilities spanning design patterns, testing, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and Azure

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience with SharePoint Online information architecture, metadata, permissions, and governance.
Knowledge of Azure AI services and Power Platform integration.
Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable Copilot Studio solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Copilot Studio AI solutions.
Define grounding, prompts, and workflows for enterprise agents.
Architect integrations with Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and Azure services.
Facilitate architecture workshops and translate business scenarios into designs.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams.
Provide hands-on technical direction to developers.
