Job summary

Alcoa is seeking a Copilot Platform Lead to own and scale the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform, driving productivity, innovation, and business value through secure AI solutions. You will partner with IT, Security, Legal, and business teams to shape enterprise AI strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, MIS, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or digital workplace technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
• Experience with governance, compliance, and enterprise IT processes.
• Strategic thinking and product leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Executive communication and influence.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to balance innovation with governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, and ROI.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and lifecycle management of Copilot Agents.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data governance, and cost management requirements.
• Create reusable frameworks and standards for scalable innovation.
• Track adoption, usage, and business impact.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Continuously improve platform processes, governance, and user experience.

What you can bring to this role

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, digital workplace technologies, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

Preferred
