Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician with DEX Imaging, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the Brunswick area by providing expert service and maintenance on office imaging equipment.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a reliable and technically capable service technician who has experience working with copiers and printers in a corporate or office environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing copiers, printers, or multifunction devices
• The ability to diagnose equipment issues from both system diagnostics and customer descriptions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently in the field
• Strong attention to detail when completing service documentation
• A dependable and professional approach when supporting customers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months to 1+ year of experience working with copier, printer, or office equipment service
• Experience working with imaging equipment in a corporate or business environment

Work Environment

• Regular business hours with occasional additional hours when required
• Up to 20% travel as needed in the market
• Company vehicle and tools provided
