Job summary

DEX Imaging in Billings, MT is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, install and configure equipment, and provide excellent on-site customer support.

The role requires a mechanical mindset, strong fault-finding skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with a reliable team behind you.
