Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain copier and printer equipment at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, install configurations, and deliver excellent on-site service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting, and solid customer communication. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required as you will travel within the designated service area.

We’re currently looking for a Field Service Technician who’s part problem-solver, part tech whisperer, and all-around customer service hero. If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and helping customers get back up and running, we want to meet you.

Whether you already have copier experience or come from automotive, appliance repair, cable installation, HVAC, electronics, or another mechanical/technical background — we’re open to training the right person with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do
