Job summary

DEX Imaging in Arlington, VA is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices. You will install and configure equipment at customer sites and provide strong on-site support.

We welcome candidates from automotive, appliance repair, IT, or other mechanical backgrounds and offer comprehensive training to get you up to speed in a fast-paced setting.

We're currently looking for a Field Service Technician who's part problem-solver, part tech whisperer, and all-around customer service hero. If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and helping customers get back up and running, we want to meet you. Whether you already have copier experience or come from automotive, appliance repair, cable installation, HVAC, electronics, or another mechanical/technical background we're open to training the right person with the right attitude.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
