Arhaus is seeking a Wave Planning Coordinator to manage wave routes and coordinate with distribution centers to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of general warehousing and distribution work practices, including order processing, picking, and shipping procedures.
• Dedication to business with willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the route calendar and delivery schedule to wave routes in accordance with the warehouse schedule, ensuring timely picking of product in DCs utilizing Manhattan.
• Coordinate with the DC management team to ensure all routes are pre‑waved and ready for the DC pick process.
• Create and follow SOPs for wave research related to failures, overages, and locations; work with DC partners to ensure scheduled pieces are picked on time to avoid customer order delays or negative impact on delivered sales.
• Support inventory adjustments related to the waving process, including add‑ons, pull‑offs, and other adjustments.
• Assist transportation with TMS (Transportation Management System).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize the route calendar and delivery schedule to wave routes in accordance with the warehouse schedule, ensuring timely picking of product in DCs utilizing Manhattan.
