Arhaus is seeking an Order Management Specialist for our Corporate team in Boston Heights. You will process truck manifests, optimize route mix to control transportation costs, and ensure orders ship on time to sustain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include researching orders in Storis, updating trackers, and coordinating with stores and hubs. Experience in data entry and Salesforce will support efficient operations and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience with data entry and order processing.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Excel and standard warehouse procedures.
  • Understanding of warehousing and distribution practices.
  • Flexibility with work hours as needed.

  • Process routes daily and determine eligibility for shipping per SOPs.
  • Submit 215s and acknowledgements to hubs and validate manifests.
  • Complete Salesforce cases and assist with escalations.
  • Communicate changes with stores and warehouse partners affecting routes.
  • Maintain strong organization and prioritization to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate initiative, integrity, and teamwork to improve performance.

Job Overview

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing truck manifests based on the delivery. Must improve day‑to‑day transportation expense by manifesting the correct mix of product on each route. Must provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and production efficiencies by meeting required deadlines and ensuring orders ship as planned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Research orders in Storis.
  • Update route tracker as work is completed.
  • Participate in the weekly team meeting.
  • Promptly respond to email inquiries.
  • Process routes daily. Follow SOPs to determine order eligibility for shipping.
  • Submission of 215s and acknowledgements to hubs, validate truck manifests.
  • Complete Salesforce cases and assist with escalations.
  • Communicate with stores and warehouse partners when impactful changes are made to routes or orders.
  • Adapts to change quickly and easily and performs effectively during times of change; demonstrates the ability to multi‑task and manages competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrate results in improving business performance through teamwork and communication.
  • Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred.
  • Years of experience: 1+ year experience with data entry/order processing.
  • Valid Driver’s license preferred.
  • Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs, excel.
  • Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
  • Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary.
