Talbots in Hingham, MA seeks a Visual Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day sample flow, labeling, and organization. You will process rolling racks of shoes and accessories, ensure samples are ready for the Sample Boutique, and assist with replenishing stock.

This hands-on role is responsible for processing, organizing, tagging, transporting, and preparing samples. The Coordinator partners closely with the manager and cross-functional teams to ensure samples are accurate, available, properly labeled, and efficiently moved through each stage of the process. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to support a fast-paced, physical sample environment.The impact you can haveResponsible for processing several rolling racks of samples including shoes and accessories. Examining each sample to see that no samples have not been altered or labeled “Sample not for resale”. Removing any vendor or Sample Tracker tags off garments. Ultimately ensuring the sample are clear to go to our Sample Boutique.Assist manager with replenishing Boutique with new samples. Transporting rolling racks to boutique and removing full hanger boxes back to dock.
