Your tasks will span strategic planning, daily operations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and cost-effective transport flows.Planning and ensuring production supply for all deliveries as well as coordination with external service providersOperational handling and monitoring of inbound and outbound material transports for all programsOptimization of operational execution and transport cost efficiency through dashboard evaluations and continuous process improvementEnsuring on-time transport execution and strategic planning in both inbound and outbound logisticsVerification of invoices from various transport service providersIssuance of credit notes to transport service providersFreight cost savings for MS MesaCreation of claims and forwarding of costs to transport service providersKey user for MAGNA Transport Management SystemPlan and coordinate material deliveries including special transport requirementsAnalyze material data to support transport scheduling, time budget calculations, and corrective actionsMonitor and manage daily transport operations, ensuring alignment with service providers and internal stakeholdersCreate and revise operational standards and work instructions to support process consistency and continuous improvementAct as a key interface between transport service providers, internal departments, and OEM
