Job summary

Texas State University seeks a Coordinator of Team Operations to support the football program. You will assist the head coach with organizing, managing, and administering strategies to meet the program's goals.

The role includes budgeting, travel, operations, and fundraising in consultation with the Head Coach, and acting as the main liaison with athletics external/internal operations, NCAA compliance, and business offices.

Qualifications

  • Must address how they meet required qualifications.
  • Experience in intercollegiate or professional football operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of general university policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage financial aspects of the football program (budget, travel, operations, fundraising) in consultation with Head Coach.
  • Serve as the liaison with athletics external operations, internal operations, NCAA compliance and business offices.
  • Monitor academic progress of football student-athletes; assist in developing PR, marketing and fundraising initiatives for the program and athletic department.
  • Comply with NCAA, Conference and Texas State University rules and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.

Job Description
