Job summary

Hard Rock Digital, a team focused on online sportsbook, casino and social casino experiences, seeks a CRM professional to help expand our business across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, operations, data and regulatory teams to drive customer engagement and growth.

The role requires 2+ years in CRM for online gaming, proficiency with Braze and Optimove, and strong data-driven decision making.

What’s the position?

As a vital member of the Sportsbook CRM team, you'll help expand Hard Rock Digital's business across multiple jurisdictions. Working hand in hand with the product, marketing, commercial, operations, data and regulatory teams, you will combine your outstanding knowledge of the online gaming customer and experience to play a leading role in driving forward the future growth and direction of the business.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Execute customer conversion, retention and reactivation messaging and engagement strategies
• Coordinate both pre-planned and real-time messaging to align with customer needs and business objectives
• Handle the day-to-day execution of messaging content to ensure quality and consistency
• Review and validate all copy and graphic materials for accuracy and quality upon receipt
• Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are accurately and timely deployed to meet established deadlines

What are we looking for?

In this team, we need people who have a deep understanding of real money online gaming customers, the games, promotions and product features that produce ongoing world-class customer experiences, what the key competitors are up to and the wider market trends.

To be successful in this team, you will have:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM in the online gaming or sportsbook industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Braze, Optimove), email marketing platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
• Understanding of customer needs and behaviors to create personalized and impactful CRM strategies.
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
