Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to support the risk management department with trade partner prequalification. This role will provide overall assistance to the operating group’s efforts to manage risk, guiding the prequalification program and communicating status to project teams and trade partners.

The position requires an associates degree or two years of admin/construction experience, with proficiency in Excel and Office 365.

• Experience in construction, finance, accounting, banking, risk management, or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to learn various complex computer programs/database systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree or at least two years of support experience in administrative support or construction industry


• Experience in construction, finance, accounting, banking, risk management, or related field is preferred.


• Experience in data entry


• Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment


• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365


• Ability to learn various complex computer programs/database systems


• Familiarity with reviewing financial statements, credit information, or other financial data is a plus.

The base pay range for this roleis $43,800 - $59,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
