Job summary

W. Atlee Burpee Company, the industry leader in home gardening, seeks a Retail Account Coordinator to support our Sales Operations team in Warminster, PA.

You will manage retailer pricing, process sales orders, maintain pricing data, and coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, build reports in Excel, and maintain price books in Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in CPG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage retailer pricing and product maintenance within customer portals, ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency.
• Create, process, and maintain sales orders to support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain internal price books in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring pricing integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Track shipments, coordinate with logistics partners, and resolve delivery issues to support on-time customer fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel to monitor sales activity, pricing, and key performance indicators.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to support pricing and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers by providing responsive, high-quality service.
• Partner with the Customer Business Manager supporting the Canadian business by assisting with order processing and related tasks.
• Support additional sales operations projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system is preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships across departments and with retail partners.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric mindset.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and customer focus.
