Job summary

The Orchard is seeking a Coordinator, Relationship Manager in the music industry to support DSP deliveries and client requests. This is a 6-month contract with 4 days onsite in Miami and remote on Fridays, totaling 37.5–40 hours per week, at $27/hour on a W2.

You will organize assets, liaise across departments, manage documentation for copyright issues, pull data, and help answer track information requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in media and/or administrative roles.
• Ability to work independently.
• Available outside regular business hours for urgent matters.
• Fast-paced but casual environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Request product assets and information from label and artist clients.
• Organize projects and follow up on missing items to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Liaise between internal departments and labels as needed.
• Manage documentation for potential conflicts and copyright claims.
• Help fulfill direct requests for specific track and song information.
• Support day-to-day operational needs and requests to ensure successful DSP deliveries, troubleshooting as issues come up.
• Help pull data and organize reports.

Estimated Min Rate: $24.00
