**About This Role:**
Provide general administrative support for store operations.
**Location and Schedule:**
Red River COPARS - Onsite
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM (schedule may vary)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage paperwork related to store operations, including receipt and procurement control, purchase orders, and report preparation.
- Prepare reports for managers and process purchase orders upon approval.
- Follow up on overdue orders via internet, phone, and fax.
- Reconcile and process receipts from store personnel, mainly warehouse staff.
- Report discrepancies on shipments and follow up as needed.
- Assist in providing customer service by phone or in person.
- Perform duties from the Customer Care Coordinator role as needed, depending on store volume.
- Support overall store operations administratively.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of administrative experience.
- Two years of complex administrative or secretarial experience with strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Experience as an office manager, assistant, or bookkeeper, familiar with Internet, Email, and Microsoft applications. Outgoing personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Retail or military background is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
