Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Coordinator, Production Graphics in Colorado to support the graphics department with administrative duties, pilot production, plate making and proofing for all plants. The role is on-site with hybrid options and may require travel between Ball locations.

The position requires 1+ year related experience, high school diploma or equivalent, teamwork, basic math skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through high school or work-related experience.
  • Job related experience for 1 year minimum.
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a teamwork environment.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Must be able to recognize and define problems using investigative processes to reach conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Produces printing plates for product labels according to the release report.
  • Responsible for replenishing supplies and materials for assigned area.

  • Maintains obsolete negative listing and purges all files and computer information as directed by the graphics department.

  • Expected Hiring Salary Range:$54,800 - $82,100 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

  • Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
  • Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE: four (4) or more days } { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days} per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
