Job summary

Ball Corporation, Westminster, CO, is seeking a Coordinator, Production Graphics to join our graphics team. You will support production workflows, coordinate plate making and proofing for all plants, and handle related administrative tasks to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of product labels.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and strong teamwork to meet deadlines. High school diploma or related experience is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Replenishes supplies and materials for the assigned area.
  • Inspects materials and finished products for quality.
  • Maintains filing system for negatives and plates.
  • Maintains and purges obsolete negative lists per department instructions.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Implements the administrative duties as related to the graphics department including pilot production, plate making and proofing for all plants.

  • Maintains obsolete negative listing and purges all files and computer information as directed by the graphics department.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through high school or work-related experience
  • Job related experience for 1 year minimum
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to effectively create and maintain a teamwork environment.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate, and pay attention to detail.
  • Must be able to recognize and define problems using investigative process to analyze and evaluate complex information from a number of sources to arrive at conclusions.
  • Must be able to use intuition, logical reasoning, and innovation to solve problems.
  • Working knowledge of graphic principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures
  • Expected Hiring Salary Range:$54,800 - $82,100 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

  • Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
  • Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE: four (4) or more days } { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days} per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
