U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking an administrative professional to support marketing, communications, and event logistics in a hybrid Washington, D.C. environment.

You will manage member communications, website updates, databases, and blogs while coordinating meetings and travel. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years of administrative work, and strong writing and organizational skills.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, briefing materials, and expense reports.
  • Track information on policy issues and support advocacy efforts.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information, anticipate needs, and interact with high-level executives and their staffs both internally and externally.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong client service ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • An interest in policy, law, and politics is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
