Performance Monitoring establishes and maintains customer relationships through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. It monitors, analyzes, and reviews contact quality with customers.
Training is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST; attendance is mandatory. The position is full-time, with shifts during Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm CST. Remote work requires a dedicated, quiet environment with high-speed internet, which must meet specific technical requirements.
Hourly range: $15.00 - $22.57. No bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, HSA, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, work-life resources, parental leave, and health programs.
