What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health:

Performance Monitoring establishes and maintains customer relationships through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. It monitors, analyzes, and reviews contact quality with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality reviews of adverse events submitted by staff before submission to the safety unit.
  • Audit cases to ensure correct process steps in the patient journey.
  • Monitor calls and provide written feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of the client’s program and services.
  • Interpret and transcribe calls from patients and healthcare providers.
  • Identify adverse events during call monitoring.
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify trends and training needs from call monitoring and escalate as needed.
  • Work effectively with dynamic, integrated teams.
  • Maintain appropriate work pace based on workload.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma, GED, or technical certification; experience preferred.
  • 2 years’ call center or transcription experience preferred. CMT qualification is a plus.
  • 2 years’ quality review experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
  • Exceptional listening skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish is an asset.

Training and Work Schedule:

Training is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST; attendance is mandatory. The position is full-time, with shifts during Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm CST. Remote work requires a dedicated, quiet environment with high-speed internet, which must meet specific technical requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly range: $15.00 - $22.57. No bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, HSA, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, work-life resources, parental leave, and health programs.
