Job description

The Coordinator, Operations & Logistics role will be responsible for leading the supply chain & operations team in overseeing the order, inventory, and fulfillment lifecycle, taking special consideration to consistently improve the overall customer experience. The Coordinator, Operations & Logistics reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will play a key role in helping to execute and maintain established end-to-end eCommerce processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily monitoring of inventory & fulfillment metrics, including order volume and operational bandwidth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mainfactor Inc.’s eCommerce supply chain network and 3PL fulfillment partners
• Establish a strong understanding of the detailed process and end-to-end contributors required to bring an eCommerce project to life and through execution
• Work closely with partners, including warehouses, to streamline communication and drive process and quality
• Cultivate a proficient understanding of the platforms and tools used in the order life cycle, including: OMS, IMS, WMS, Sales Platforms, and Project Management tools
• Work cross-functionally to drive integration between Customer Service, Store Management, and Order Management teams, with the aim to deliver on overall company goals
• Implement and supervise shipping rate cards across 50+ eCommerce store fronts, ensuring proper fees are collected to cover fulfillment expenses
• Support the upkeep of the inbound shipment tracking system by ensuring the board is regularly updated and monitoring to guarantee all incoming shipments are properly documented and tracked
• Coordinate and submit client complimentary orders, provide timely communication of tracking details, and proactively monitor delivery status to ensure successful receipt
• Contribute in regular meetings to communicate project statuses, identify any potential bottlenecks, and continuously manage expectations

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience within eCommerce, supply chain, operations, or relevant logistics position
• A self-starter who is keen to identify opportunities for operational improvement and process documentation
• Experience working cross-functionally with interdependent departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust as needed
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
