This position will help produce and coordinate a high volume of law school events, including our annual commencement, interacting with vendors, students, faculty, staff and alumni. This role will assist in tracking catering requisitions and invoice payments; overseeing the daily events email sent to the student body; and managing supplies and inventory. Servesas a liaison between students, faculty, administrators, alumni, vendors, and campus partners, collaborating across departments on a wide range of events. This position exercises a high degree of teamwork in managing multiple priorities, resolving day-to-day operational issues, coordinating vendors, and monitoring event-related expenditures, while referring complex or policy-related matters to the Director of Special Events.
