The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is seeking a Coordinator of Operations in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will coordinate activities among clients, assessors, and ANAB staff to ensure timely, accurate execution of accreditation processes.
Responsibilities include managing documentation, schedules, invoicing reviews, and supporting continuous improvement in operations. A two-year track record in operations or administrative roles is preferred; knowledge of ISO/IEC 17011 is a plus.

The Coordinator of Operations is an integral part of the accreditation process, coordinating activities among customers, assessors, and ANAB staff. In this role, you will help ensure accreditation activities and assessment services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with ANAB's documented processes and applicable requirements. You will manage multiple activities and deadlines, maintain accurate records, communicate with a variety of stakeholders, and provide support throughout the assessment and accreditation process. This position is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Occasional overnight domestic travel may be required.
