Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Marketing Activation Coordinator to support the Marketing team in day-to-day operations and external channel activation. You will help with branding, collateral updates, calendars, pitches and light design, while coordinating program roll-outs and trainings.

The role involves travel for site visits (about 2 trips/year) and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience in marketing coordination within a large consumer travel brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry marketing experience and 5 years of overall marketing and/or sales experience.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating branding, collateral and activation programs.

Responsibilities

• Branding and collateral management for Passport app materials.
• Maintain Brandporium assets and organize materials.
• Create/update marketing calendars, timelines and decks.
• Assist with activation program roll-outs and trainings.
• Handle invoices and incentive program fulfillment.

Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Travel + Leisure is looking for a dynamic Marketing Activation Coordinator to assist with the coordination and activation of external marketing channels in a manner that facilitates the goals of the company’s sales and marketing operations.How You'll Shine:The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Marketing department and ensuring the efficient execution of its day-to-day operations by successfully accomplishing the following responsibilities:Branding and Collateral ManagementAssist with the coordination of Marketing branded materials onto the Passport application, including ongoing communicationsAssist with the maintenance of Brandporium for physical Marketing material assets, including removing/replacing outdated materials, naming and organizationAct as Brand liaison for updating Marketing materials and collateral on an ongoing basisCreate and/or update marketing calendars, timelines, schedules, pitch decks and marketing plans as requested and utilizing light design skills to update marketing materials.Project SupportAssist with execution support including meeting scheduling, distribution lists, and project management tasks related to activation program(s) roll-outsAssist with training materials for activation program(s) roll-out and ongoing team trainings + management of Marketing Team Compass siteAssist with submitting all invoicesIncentive FulfillmentAssist with the Sales and Marketing incentive program fulfillment including maintenance, fulfillment and taxation requirementsAssist with the management of the Marketing Programs, OTI and Sales Vacation program email inquiry mailboxesExcellent organization skills and attention to detail is paramountTravel RequirementsThis position may be required to travel to some site visits and will require dedicated time to build trust and partnership.
