The Coordinator, Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of New Era's licensed marketing initiatives, supporting product launches, influencer seeding, league campaigns, and special projects across key sports properties. This position plays a critical role in ensuring marketing projects move efficiently from concept to execution through strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and passionate about sports, product, and culture. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and are eager to contribute across a variety of marketing functions including product management, inventory coordination, and content development.

The Marketing team at New Era Cap is responsible for developing and executing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support product launches across global markets. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns, tell compelling brand stories, and ensure consistent messaging that strengthens New Era’s position in sport, culture, and lifestyle.

Responsibilities
  • Order, manage, and maintain inventory for league marketing programs, product launches, events, athlete, and influencer initiatives
  • Manage the coordination and fulfillment of product sample sets for marketing photography, productions, events, and other campaign needs
  • Partner with internal product teams to gather product details, design inspiration, storytelling elements, and launch information for marketing initiatives
  • Assist relationship manager with custom product development projects, coordinating timelines and communication between cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate monthly product seeding programs for influencers and other key brand contacts
  • Write and maintain product copy for marketing materials, presentations, product launch recaps, and digital marketing needs
  • Assist in developing product storytelling by translating product design details, inspiration, and key features into consumer-facing marketing content
  • Manage purchase requisitions, invoices, and other related administrative processes for the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate records, inventories, and reporting documentation across marketing programs
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
  • Keep all sensitive information confidential
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred;relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • One (1) to three (3) years of marketing experience in sports or apparel required
  • Creative agency experience preferred
Travel Requirement
  • The location for this position is 100% on-site in Buffalo, NY
  • 0% to 10%; domestic and/or global

The salary range for this posted position is $50,000 - $60,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
