Universal Studios Orlando is seeking a Coordinator, Legal Administration to support the Construction & Claims Team with the preparation, issuance, and tracking of construction notices, certificates, and documents. This role also maintains team templates, trackers, and repositories and assists with trainings and departmental tasks.

The Coordinator, Legal Administration, works under the direction of the Senior Director, Legal, the Construction & Claims (C&C) Team, and other Universal Creative Legal Department leadership, and is responsible for supporting the C&C Team with the preparation, issuance, and monitoring of various construction notices, certificates, and documents. This role also supports maintenance of C&C Team documents, trackers, and repositories, and supports other C&C Team trainings, initiatives, and tasks. #LI-DNI
