The role requires handling multiple security events with calm professionalism, providing remote security checks, and coordinating with police, fire, and medical responders as needed. Base pay starts at $22/hour with shift differentials and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Provide virtual security escorts during business opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with customer sites using two-way audio/video technology and follow customer instructions.
• Verify alarm signals through phone calls and video, notify appropriate personnel.
• Dispatch and coordinate emergency services as required.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents with clear, authoritative communication.
• Handle loitering, trespassing, and other incidents requiring de-escalation.
• Document all interactions and follow-up actions; generate incident reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Assist with alarm support such as arming, disarming, and resetting alarms.

Overview

As a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator, you will manage real‑time interactions and interventions during critical security events, verify alarms, conduct video verification, de‑escalate incidents, and communicate with customers and emergency personnel while maintaining calm professionalism.

Shift Hours & Pay

Position requires availability between 4:30 p.m.–1 a.m.; shifts are 8–10 hours with flexible scheduling. Base pay is $22.00 per hour plus shift differentials: +$0.50 for 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., +$1.00 for 9:01 p.m.–6:00 a.m., +$1.00 for weekends. Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000. Base monthly attendance bonus up to $250 (capped at $3,000 per year). 3 weeks paid vacation and 10 days paid sick time. Full benefits effective Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism and care.
• Strong active‑listening abilities and calm demeanor under high‑pressure situations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple security events simultaneously and make rapid decisions.
