Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, determine needs, and provide one-call resolution.
  • Manage workload of inbound faxes (if applicable).
  • Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Enter detailed information into proprietary software during phone conversations.
  • Place outbound calls for patient follow-ups, confirmations, or to obtain missing information.
  • Interact with referral sources to process new applicants.
  • Follow up with internal team members on next steps.
  • Communicate with external entities including physician offices and pharmacies.
  • Identify, document, and submit Adverse Events during customer contact or via received documentation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED minimum.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft systems and telephony.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Ability to sit for long periods in a cubicle setting.
  • Superior customer support skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Availability to work any schedule between 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

  • Apply acquired skills and company policies to routine tasks.
  • Work on standard assignments requiring basic problem resolution.
  • Follow policies and past practices for guidance.
  • Receive general direction; detailed instruction on new tasks.

Training and Schedule

Mandatory new hire training: 8:00am-5:00pm CST.

This full-time position requires flexibility within our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm CST.

Remote Work Details

Work remotely in a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free environment with high-speed internet. Company provides necessary equipment; employee provides reliable internet with specific requirements listed.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated hourly range: $17.80 - $21.00. No bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, HSA, 401k, and more.
