Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, determine needs, and provide one-call resolution.
  • Manage inbound faxes (if applicable).
  • Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries promptly.
  • Enter detailed information into proprietary software during calls.
  • Place outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or to gather missing information.
  • Process new applicant referrals from sources.
  • Coordinate with internal team members on next steps.
  • Communicate with external entities like physicians and pharmacies.
  • Identify, document, and submit Adverse Events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and telephony systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Sit for extended periods in a cubicle setting.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Flexibility to work any schedule between 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Work Expectations:

  • Apply job skills and company policies to routine tasks.
  • Handle standard assignments with basic problem resolution.
  • Follow established policies and seek guidance on complex issues.
  • Work under general direction, with detailed instructions on new tasks.

Training and Schedule: Mandatory training from 8:00am-5:00pm CST. Full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts within Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm CST.

Remote Work Details: Full-time remote position requiring a dedicated, quiet workspace with high-speed internet. Equipment provided; internet must meet specific requirements (e.g., download/upload speeds, ping rate, wired connection).

Compensation and Benefits: Estimated hourly range: $17.80 - $21.00. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, HSA, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, work-life resources, paid parental leave, and health programs.
