Customer Service Management provides strategic oversight and leadership within the Customer Service function.
Clinical Operations offers clinical support and expertise in advice, research, and patient care to internal and external stakeholders. Individualized Care plans and delivers care tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
Training occurs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, with mandatory on-camera attendance. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), with flexible shifts during Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST.
This is a full-time remote position requiring a dedicated, quiet environment with high-speed internet. Equipment will be provided, but internet access is the employee's responsibility. Internet requirements include:
