Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support helps specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers remove barriers to care, ensuring patients can access, afford, and stay on the therapies they need for a better quality of life. Our expertise spans pharma, payer, and hub services, delivering innovative solutions and integrating advanced technologies to streamline patient onboarding, qualification, and adherence. Our non-commercial specialty pharmacy is based outside Dallas, Texas, empowering manufacturers to expand the reach and impact of their products.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, determine needs, and provide one-call resolution.
  • Manage workload of inbound faxes (if applicable).
  • Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries promptly.
  • Enter detailed information into proprietary software during calls.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or to gather missing information.
  • Interact with referral sources to process new applicants.
  • Coordinate with internal team members on next steps.
  • Communicate with external entities including physicians and pharmacies.
  • Identify, document, and submit Adverse Events during customer contacts or via received documentation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft systems, and telephony.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with urgency.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods in a cubicle setting.
  • Demonstrated customer support skills.
  • Flexible to work any schedule between 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Work Environment & Benefits

This is a full-time remote position requiring a dedicated, quiet workspace with high-speed internet. Training occurs 8:00am-5:00pm CST, with attendance mandatory. Additional Details
  • Anticipated hourly range: $17.80 - $21.00.
