- Manage EPIC schedules to ensure accurate appointment scheduling for patients

- Provide information and troubleshoot issues related to patient appointments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in EPIC and computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a calm and effective manner
