Job summary

• Manage and track licensing agreements, renewals, expirations, and amendments.
• Maintain accurate records in licensing databases and systems.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and payment processing.
• Prepare regular reports on licensing status, performance metrics, and compliance.
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and summaries for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline licensing workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Support onboarding of new licensees and internal stakeholders to licensing processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving licensed product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Licensing Administration

• Manage and track licensing agreements, renewals, expirations, and amendments
• Maintain accurate records in licensing databases and systems
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and payment processing

• Prepare regular reports on licensing status, performance metrics, and compliance
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and summaries for leadership

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline licensing workflows and improve data accuracy
• Support onboarding of new licensees and internal stakeholders to licensing processes
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving licensed product launches

Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Typically high school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Legal Studies, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in licensing, contract coordination, or brand management
• Experience in retail industry or consumer goods preferred
